Because Sundae Gains products are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once your order has been placed.

If there's a problem with your purchase — your download link doesn't work, the file is damaged, or you didn't receive it — email us at sundaegains@gmail.com with your order number and we'll fix it quickly, either by sending a working file or issuing a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.
