1. Digital products
Our products are digital files (PDF) delivered by download link straight after purchase. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Licence
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the file for your own use. You may print copies for yourself. You may not share, resell, upload, distribute or reproduce the file or its contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

3. Intellectual property
All content, including recipes, text, design and images, belongs to Sundae Gains and is protected by copyright.

4. Nutrition and health information
Nutrition figures are estimates calculated from typical ingredient values and will vary with the brands you use. Our content is for general information only and is not medical or dietary advice. Always check ingredient labels for allergens, and speak to a qualified health professional if you have a medical condition or specific dietary needs.

5. Equipment
Recipes are designed for the Ninja CREAMi. Always follow your machine's user manual and safety instructions. Sundae Gains is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SharkNinja. Ninja and CREAMi are trademarks of SharkNinja Operating LLC.

6. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change at any time. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

7. Refunds

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sundae Gains is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.
